Beginning her career as an actress, Noelle gravitated more to the how and why things worked. It was during a production of JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR at the Westchester Broadway Theater that she got her taste of "the other side of the table. “ After being asked to be Assistant Director and choreographer, Noelle was hooked!

 

In 2007, Noelle was asked to be a Mantainance Director for the world-renowned cruise line, Princess Cruises. Noelle was able to not only cast and direct talent from all over the world, but this unique opportunity allowed her to gain experience in production and the business side of entertainment. 

 

While Noelle loved her job at Princess Cruises, she wanted to be deeply involved in the creative development process. She began assisting for several writers and casting offices in various production companies, including Laughing House Productions and Branded Maverick Entertainment. It was while working with screen writer and published author Scott Damian that Noelle was introduced to Heather Provost. Once Heather instantly recognized Noelle’s keen eye for development, script analysis, budgeting, and patience, she quickly added Noelle to the team. 

 

She recently cast the feature film "Racing Colt". Noelle is a graduate of The Boston Conservatory.
